New Registration Procedures ! read carefully..only the team representative should be processing any registration. |
1. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION IS NOT ALLOWED- Must be done thru Team REP
2. Each player must be paid for thru Pay Pal on the USALSO website. The registration fee is $40- + $1.50 paypal fees. Once we have this confirmation -we will open up access to the site and let you know
3.Digital pic- 2 in X 2 in-. JPeg format only. Player must be facing forward w/no sunglasses,hat or other items to block face.
4. USClub soccer registration form - must be filled out completely -scanned in by US Club soccer-SIGNATURE must be visible on the form (print out typed in form & sign and scan back into computer). 5. Dropped player $5- fee.
6. Dual Card= same price as a regular player card= new ppwork for them -as US Club Soccer sees them as a new player.
